These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Safeey ("the Service"), operated by Noohra Innovate Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Safeey is an automated web security scanner. It sends requests to a website you specify and reports potential security issues such as exposed files, missing security headers, leaked secrets, and configuration weaknesses, along with a graded report and suggested remediations.

2. Authorization to scan — important

You may only scan websites and domains that you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Before scanning, you must verify control of a domain by placing our verification file at its root. Administrator accounts operated by us may scan without this step for legitimate operational and testing purposes.

You agree that you will not use Safeey to scan, probe, or test any system without proper authorization. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems may violate computer-misuse and anti-hacking laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan any target you submit, and you accept full responsibility for your use of the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Access to full scanning requires a paid subscription, billed monthly through Paystack at the price shown in the Service (which we may change from time to time). By subscribing you authorize the recurring charge until you cancel.

  • Preview scans. Where offered, a limited preview scan may be available on a verified domain. Previews show partial results; full findings and remediations require an active subscription.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription pricing; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service to attack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to any system; scan targets you are not authorized to test; interfere with or disrupt the Service; attempt to bypass the domain-verification or subscription controls; reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by Noohra Innovate Ltd and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. Scan reports generated for your verified domains are yours to use for your own security purposes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Automated scanning has inherent limitations: Safeey does not detect every possible vulnerability, and a clean or high-grade report does not guarantee that a site is secure. You should not rely on the Service as your only security measure. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be complete or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noohra Innovate Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noohra Innovate Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your scanning of any target without authorization.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
